Terms of Service — Esther Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Esther Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Esther Platform provides church management tools including website hosting, Planning Center integration, member management, event scheduling, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.

6. Planning Center Integration

The Service integrates with Planning Center Online via their API. Your use of Planning Center data through Esther Platform is subject to Planning Center's own Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Planning Center and are not responsible for their service availability or changes to their API.

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue through the end of your paid period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esther Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
